We just entered October 2011 in Istanbul
Today is so sunny in Istanbul i wore a t-shirt today.
But my umbrella is with me.

My advice to October visitors of Istanbul is
- Do not forget your raincoat (Thin one) and your umbrella may be one long trouser and one of your summer pullover
- But mostly take your summer cloths and may be (depends on you) your swimming trunk .
I wish you sunny days during your Istanbul visit.

Istanbul Design Week 2011

The sixth edition of the Istanbul Design Week (IDW), awaited by the International Design World, started yesterday and will take place between 28th September – 02nd October 2011 at the Old Galata Bridge. The design week focuses on urbanization problems and Istanbul’s future in design.
During the urban development of Istanbul, IDW will focus on the role of design in connection to Istanbul’s status as the place where East meets West.The IDW will host designers and design exhibitions from around the world on the Old Galata Bridge. With the participation of 25 countries, design-based events at the IDW will be followed throughout Europe and the world.

The design week will also focus on cultural differences and design. Today, what differentiates each product and services is urban development and the design notion that provides interaction among cultures.

IDW 2011 aims to bring a new breath to design vision by connecting Istanbul, the new design center, to Europe and other world cities. Istanbul’s youthful energy, dynamic urban identity, culture that encourages creativity and variety in daily life will be the keywords to reflect Turkish design vision. This event aims to become one of Europe’s most important urban projects.

An outdoor exhibition during the design week draws a magical portrait of Istanbul with all the colors of sunrise and sunset with Nergiz Arifoğlu Lightstyle Lighting Design Office’ s special creation for the event.

When visitors attending the IDW head toward the Old Galata Bridge, they will be welcomed by the magical colors of the day from the historical walls of Istanbul.

Do you want to rent a car in Istanbul ??

About three days ago i needed an economic car and asked google.com
First found AVIS it was expensive and they dont have diesel cars.
Then found HERTZ it was expensive too but they have diesel cars.
Finally i found BUDGET rent a car they have diesel cars and more economic with the prices.
I chose a car paid via online and phone back to Airport Office Mr İbrahim told me
Sir please cancel it we have better discounts with the price (Thats first goal for me to choose BUDGET)
And i phoned to customer care of BUDGET to cancel my credit card payment Miss Zeynep was my agent and she really helped me about cancelling my payment and send my payment to my bank account .. (Second goal for me to choose BUDGET )
After she cancelled it she replied me back via email to me .
And turned to airport office Mr Ibrahim made me to rent their cars with %40 discount (Third goal for me to choose BUDGET )

I am really happy with budget the car is brand new in 600 KM =)
I am sending my thanks to all Bugdet family.

Now it is 04 December 2010 / Saturday and i must say that the weather is going colder …

Yesterday we had very nice weather with sun shine but today it is grey clouds everywhere and it is going to be worse ..

Attention to tourists who is going to arrive Istanbul soon do not forget to take your cloths which you will need at 6 – 8 degrees …
